All information collected from our customers will be used solely by Trinity Designs, Inc. for internal purposes only. It will not be sold, published or transferred to any person, business, or entity outside our establishment.
PAYMENT POLICY
You have the option of placing your order online, by mail or by phone. You may call during regular business hours of Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST. If you place your order during off hours please call the following regular business day with your credit card information.
Orders shipped within the US may also pay by cashiers check or money order. Simply print your completed order and attach a cashiers check or money order made out to Trinity Designs, Inc. and mail to the address below.
*Due to some changes in banking charges on money orders/cashier's checks incurred from payments outside the United States, we will only accept credit cards as the method of payment on all international orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
We accept all major credit cards via Google checkout. We will not process any credit card transaction manually. All credit purchases must be handled through Google checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
Cashiers Checks and money orders will be accepted and are made payable to Trinity Designs, Inc. Do not send cash or purchase orders.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Pre-Orders are accepted for items which are not yet in stock. Our selling events currently are scheduled preorder campaigns that last typically 30-45 days. By submitting a preorder payment you do so with the understanding that the dolls won稚 be shipped until 8-10 weeks from the last day of preorders. Because the dolls are made to order once your credit card has been processed, there will be no refunds, once the preorder is placed.
