SHIPPING & RETURNS

IN STOCK ITEMS

It is the goal of Trinity Designs, Inc. to ship orders as expeditiously as possible. 

Custom items being shipped are contingent on the customer's approval and generally ship within 7 business days.

We will only ship approved custom items.

Non-custom orders will ship within 4 business days of order confirmation.

Your order will be shipped utilizing the most competitive rate. 

We routinely ship via USPS or FEDEX.  

 

ALL orders will have tracking details provided at the time of shipping. Any order that is noted as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer will need to be resolved utilizing a claim submission to the shipping carrier. Requests for additional insurance can be made at the time of purchase and will be billed separately via invoice.  Trinity Designs, Inc. has no control over shipping delays and we encourage our customers to track their orders via USPS and FEDEX.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Typical ETA for new products listed as a preorder items is 65-90 days.

PREORDER ITEMS are unable to be rushed. 

Regular updates to preorder items will be sent via email to keep you informed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
There will be an additional charge for all orders shipped outside the contiguous United States. Canadian customers are quoted prices in US dollars. Canadian customers are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.

We will calculate the shipping charges and total for your order.
International orders cannot be placed online.

RETURN POLICY

We feel you will be very satisfied with your purchase; however, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Trinity Designs, Inc. online purchase, you can return your selection for immediate refund minus shipping AND $25 restocking fee within 10 days in new, unopened condition. Any item returned will need to be shipped at the customer's expense. Trinity Designs, Inc. is happy to provide a return shipping label for any item sent in error OR any item that is defective.  Please utilize return labels using the shipping container that has been provided in your original order.
