Q: How tall is the doll and what is she made of?
A.: To help with a point of reference, Barbie is 11.5 inches tall. Our dolls are16 inches tall. They are made of vinyl and hard plastic with articulating joints. They are unable to stand alone so we provide a doll stand and base for them to be displayed.

Q: When will I get my doll?
A: During pre-order campaigns orders are taken online.  Timelines for delivery are posted on the doll's store page.  Preorder campaigns are generally 30-45 days with production beginning AFTER the pre-order campaign ends.  Delivery is scheduled once production is complete. Updates are sent via email to keep you informed. Dolls that are IN STOCK are shipped within 4 business days of order confirmation.  Custom items may take longer to ship as customer approval is required prior to shipping.

Q: How are the payments processed?

A: We accept all major credit cards. Orders are processed securely via the website upon order completion and the payment is processed via Square.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We ship USPS Priority mail as well as FEDEX. Shipping charges are determined by a USPS calculator and added to your total at checkout.

Q: Can I get a doll made of myself?

A: Unfortunately we are not offering one of a kind dolls.  All of our products only come as shown on the website.  Modifications to the hair, makeup and/or skin tone are unable to be done.
